Dean Ashley Bradshaw serves as Chairman and CEO of Arkan Suisse, providing long term stewardship, governance oversight and strategic direction to the firm, informed by the stewardship of his own single family office and long standing family heritage.

 

He brings more than two decades of experience in debt capital markets, spanning origination, structuring, syndication, and execution of fixed income and structured debt transactions. His career has been shaped by senior level mandates with sponsors, corporates, financial institutions, and family offices across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, advising on capital raising strategies, pricing, distribution, and institutional market access.

His work has consistently centred on governance led structuring, institutional alignment and the coordination of complex capital arrangements, particularly where financing sits within the structural gap between traditional bank lending and institutional capital, often in cross border and multi generational contexts.

 

As Chairman, Dean’s focus is on governance, independence and long term continuity.

He oversees the evolution of Arkan Suisse’s advisory platform to ensure disciplined execution, clear separation of roles and enduring alignment with the long term interests of clients and their families.
