Our work typically begins with a structured review of:

• governance arrangements

• cross-border considerations

 

From this, we develop an architectural view of how the overall structure functions, and where fragmentation or risk may exist.

Coordination

 

We work alongside the client’s existing institutions, including:

​

• private banks

• trustees and fiduciaries

• legal and tax advisers

 

Our role is to coordinate, not to direct. We help ensure that responsibilities are clear, decisions are aligned, and structures function as intended.

Ongoing Oversight

​

Where appropriate, the Private Office provides ongoing oversight, including:
 

• periodic structural reviews

• governance support

• coordination ahead of major decisions or transactions
   

The level of involvement is determined by the client.
