Dean Ashley Bradshaw is Chief Executive Officer of Arkan Suisse Capital, where he directs the firm’s strategic vision, market positioning, and global expansion. With over two decades of experience spanning private credit, structured finance, and mergers and acquisitions, Dean has established himself as a recognised leader in engineering capital solutions that support growth, restructuring, and innovation across sectors and geographies.
Dean’s expertise lies in structuring and executing private credit financings, including credit-enhanced bond issuances and securitised note platforms, designed to meet the needs of institutional investors. He has advised and partnered with a global network of family offices, private banks, and asset managers, ensuring that each transaction is tailored to deliver strong risk-adjusted returns while supporting real economy projects.
Before founding Arkan Suisse Capital, Dean built a successful advisory career, working with institutions such as H.I.G. Capital, GS Verde, and Ares Management, where he advised on platform acquisitions, exits, and special situations financing. His work included the design of bespoke fixed-income solutions for prominent family offices across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East—aligning yield, duration, and risk preferences with innovative, credit-enhanced structures.
Dean began his career at Barclays Capital in London, where he was part of the Investor Solutions division during a period of rapid global growth. There, he gained hands-on experience in structured note origination, credit derivatives, and hybrid instruments, contributing to the early expansion of Barclays’ structured products platform.
