He brings more than three decades of international experience across capital-intensive sectors including real estate, energy and technology, with particular expertise in structuring complex transactions, strategic advisory and cross-border development initiatives.

 

In his advisory capacity, Greg works with the firm on investment banking advisory and private office mandates, supporting principals, family offices and closely held investor groups on capital structure, strategic transactions and the coordination of institutional counterparties within clearly defined frameworks.

 

He collaborates with the firm’s executive leadership in contributing to the continued development of Arkan Suisse’s advisory platform, ensuring institutional discipline, robust structuring standards and alignment within established Swiss governance and regulatory frameworks.
