Greg Roach is Chief Executive Officer of Arkan Suisse and is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction, platform development and institutional positioning.

 

He brings more than three decades of international experience across capital-intensive sectors, including real estate, energy and technology, with a particular focus on structuring, strategic advisory and cross-border development. His background includes advising operating businesses, private clients and investor groups in situations requiring disciplined coordination, clear governance and long-term alignment.

 

At Arkan Suisse, Greg oversees the firm’s investment banking advisory and private office activities, with particular involvement in private client and syndicate advisory. This includes advising principals, family offices and closely held investor groups on capital structure, strategic transactions and the coordination of institutional counterparties within clearly defined advisory mandates.

 

Greg works closely with the executive team to ensure that the firm’s advisory activities are conducted with institutional discipline, robust structuring and clear separation from regulated financial services. He plays a central role in shaping Arkan Suisse’s institutional relationships and in supporting the continued development of the firm’s advisory platform within established Swiss frameworks.
